Amadeus Limited, the developers of The Courtyard at Swinton Grange a £2 million office project on the outskirts of Malton, have been presented with a nationally recognised security award.
Secured by Design is the UK Police flagship initiative supporting the principles of 'designing out crime' by use of effective crime prevention and security standards for a range of applications. Acting on behalf of Easingwold based developer Halegrove Properties MPC has been appointed to dispose of brand new industrial and office buildings at Westfield Way, Norton, Malton.

STILL GOT IT?

Probably not; but at least he had a go. Andrew McBeath recently had a rush of blood to the head and although internally he was screaming NOOO!! he nodded his head when asked if he would like to play in a fathers rugby match. So after weeks of bleary-eyed early morning jogs, a couple of tweaked hamstrings and a strained back Andrew made it onto the pitch to represent St Martins, Ampleforth fathers against St Peters fathers. After the longest hour known to mankind a high scoring and entertaining match ended 41-38 to St Martins.
RUGBY FUNCTION A SUCCESS
McBeath Property Consultancy recently held its biennial Family Rugby Lunch at Malton and Norton RUFC. Attended by over 120 people the popular event followed its previous successful format of lunch and free bar with the ‘JUST CLIMB’ climbing wall for the children. Maltons 1st XV put the icing n the cake with a win over Sheffield RUFC to secure their safety in Yorkshire Division 1.
