MPC appointed to manage business park in Harrogate

McBeath Property Consultancy are delighted to announce we have been appointed to manage Follifoot Ridge Business Park, a multi-let business park on the outskirts of Harrogate. The business park comprises 23 units totalling approximately 70,000 sq.ft. on a 7.5 acre site.

The business park is located in the Harrogate district of North Yorkshire approximately 1 mile to the west of Follifoot village and 3 miles south of Harrogate Town Centre, with good access to the A1(M) just off the A658 which forms the Harrogate Southern Bypass and in turn links with the A61 Harrogate/Leeds Trunk Road.

Andrew McBeath, founder of McBeath Property Consultancy Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tom Grimshaw as a Director at the firm.

McBeath Property Consultancy has been established in York for over 20 years, specialising in commercial property disposal, land sales, landlord and tenant matters, property management, and development consultancy. The company operates across a wide geographical area, focusing primarily on the Yorkshire region, while also handling valuation matters throughout the UK.

Andrew commented:

“We are delighted to have Tom on board. He brings a wealth of experience from the sharp end of a Leeds-based commercial property agency, which will be invaluable in helping us to develop and harness our growth trajectory.”

Tom joins the firm after six years at Brackenridge Hanson Tate in Leeds, where he led the Commercial Agency team. He brings with him experience across all sectors in commercial property disposal and acquisition, property management, and lease consultancy.
